Samsung AC Purchase Turns into Customer Service Disaster

I purchased a Samsung air conditioner from Güreller Electronics at Ankara Panora Mall on August 19, 2023. The product was never installed (the boxes remained unopened), and I decided to return it within three business days. Customer service keeps telling me to wait for the return, leaving me in the dark about what I'm waiting for. When I contacted the retailer, they claimed it was not their fault and directed me to an authorized service to confirm that the boxes had not been opened. "For 400 TL, the Doga Electric Gölbaşi branch will issue the report for you," said the customer service representative. However, the customer service team appears to be unaware of these developments, and every time I call, they assure me that they are "tracking" the case, but time passes. Their indifference is causing me a lot of grief. What they need to do could be completed in less than an hour. I can return the product with the receipt to the retailer, and they should process my return. It's become a frustrating ordeal, and I'm tired of the inaction.

Hello Dear Sir/Madam, The solution desk cannot find a solution, customer service does not call, then a message comes saying "we called you but couldn't reach you". Ms. Tuğba from the solution desk says she is handling it, yet we haven't made any progress. The products are waiting in their original boxes. Time is passing, the company I bought from is not interested at all, the center says if they take the return from me, they will take it from you. Despite all my messages, the center has still not contacted the company, and no one is aware of the situation. I urgently request a response. We paid 31,500, the company says 22,500 Liras will be refunded to you, and the rest of our money will not be paid. I want a full refund of all my money. Best regards.
