I bought a Samsung 75Q70C TV on July 7, 2023, only to discover a tiny crack in the panel after installation. We didn't notice the flaw because we were watching TV in the dark at 8:15 p.m. We contacted the Authorized Service the next day, and they arrived the next day to document the problem and promise a replacement. After two weeks, they claimed that the TV would not be replaced, blaming the damage on improper post-installation handling. What really bothers me is that I recommended the same product to a friend, who also purchased it. I would have chosen a different brand if I had known Samsung would be so unresponsive to customers and provide such poor service. I strongly advise everyone to thoroughly inspect their television after installation, carefully remove the packaging, and take photos or videos to document its condition.

Even though 3 weeks have passed, I am still in a disadvantaged situation. Instead of providing a solution, a stalling policy is being followed. If you are not going to replace the product, at least say that you cannot provide a solution. Enough is enough.

Samsung is asking for a repair fee of 23,800 TL for the brand-new television I bought. Great solution. There will be no more Samsung in this house!

After installation, dear Samsung does not accept the errors. How do you know it didn't happen during installation? It was your service personnel with a drill and screwdriver. Couldn't they have accidentally or intentionally damaged the screen during installation? Do you have a hidden camera in the TV that directly blames the user? Your engineers look at the damage on the screen and instantly understand that it is the user's fault; I swear, even artificial intelligence doesn't have this ability.
