1win Failed to Credit My Full Deposit From PhonePe Transaction



I am a new member of 1win, and on April 22, 2026, I made several deposits into my account using PhonePe. In total, ₹10,000 was deducted from my PhonePe balance through five separate transactions, but only ₹8,000 was credited to my 1win account. One deposit of ₹2,000 is still missing. All transactions were completed on the same date.
When I contacted 1win support, they only told me to wait and assured me that the issue would be resolved. However, nothing has been corrected, and the missing ₹2,000 has still not been added to my balance.
My 1win account is registered under the name Jitendraku*** with user ID 63655389. I request that the missing ₹2,000, which was deducted from my PhonePe account but not reflected in my 1win balance, be either credited immediately to my 1win account or refunded back to my PhonePe account.

The delay is related to our payment partners. At this stage, once a transaction is forwarded to the payment system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed manually.
