BC Game Locked My Hacked Account and Won’t Restore Access

I have been unable to access my BC Game account for almost a year because it has been locked. Whenever I try to log in, I see that the account is locked, and I cannot use any part of it.

BC Game support initially informed me that my account had been hacked and then locked for security reasons. However, after that initial message, I have not received any further updates, responses, or a clear solution from their support team. Despite the long time that has passed, my issue remains unresolved, and I still cannot access my account.

I request that my case be urgently reviewed and that I be provided with clear and detailed information about what happened to my account after it was hacked. I also ask that my access be safely restored or that an appropriate resolution be offered regarding any balance or rights associated with my account.
