I bought a Samsung QE65Q67CAUXTK model QLED Television on May 21, 2023. On September 10, 2023, when I tried to turn on the television, there was no power, and the screen remained blank. I filed a service request on September 13, 2023, with the reference number 4270153110. The service team reported that there was no power to the TV and requested a replacement part. Each time I called to inquire about the progress, I received conflicting information. Initially, they said the replacement part would be in stock on September 22nd, but upon calling, they claimed it would be available on September 26th. Subsequent calls revealed further delays, with promises of availability on October 2nd and then October 9th. It feels like a never-ending joke. Since September 13th, I've had no television in my house, no replacement part, no substitute TV, just endless waiting. This situation is truly disgraceful and makes me feel like a victim. The brand doesn't seem to stand behind its products. When I contact the call center, they offer empty reassurances. I've been a loyal Samsung user for a long time, but I strongly advise against purchasing or using products from a brand that fails to support its customers. You can check my Samsung product history – my Samsung air conditioner, refrigerator, and dishwasher all broke down within six years of purchase and couldn't be repaired. They were all discarded. I chose Samsung for its image quality, but this experience has been a complete failure, leaving me humiliated. We are the ones suffering, but they seem indifferent. It's frustrating to be limited by my own money and embarrassed by this situation.

Thank you for your approach that doesn't produce solutions and causes human suffering. I have been disgraced and become angry, and those who call me just say "we understand you" as if they are mocking me.

"The reason I chose Samsung was its quality, and now I also distinguish it from other brands because of its after-sales services. They responded with a tradesman mentality. Even though my warranty had expired, my panel malfunction was fixed twice and I was not charged. +The customer representative lady personally took care of the situation and called each time to inform me that they were following up on the process. I especially appreciate this as well. Unlike the usual customer representative cases, it’s great that she was the only one following up on the issue. Note: +I bought 5 pieces of Samsung white goods this week, got carried away and bought for the other house too 😁 I hope we won’t be let down and your after-sales support continues..."
