I am absolutely furious with my new Samsung Galaxy S24 FE phone! I bought it on Thursday, June 19, 2025, with a Samsung Türkiye distributor warranty. On Friday, even though the battery was at 100% and I barely used the phone all day, it dropped to 43% by evening. By morning, despite no overnight use, it was at a pathetic 28%!
My previous phone was also a Samsung, and its battery lasted at least two days for about 2-3 years. I've checked online, and I see similar complaints, which is incredibly frustrating. If this battery drain continues, I will return the phone. Additionally, I'm experiencing touchscreen issues when trying to view notifications. This is a huge disappointment.
Samsung, you need to fix this severe battery drain and touchscreen problem on my Galaxy S24 FE immediately! This is unacceptable for a brand-new phone under warranty. Provide a solution or replace this defective device now!
