Samsung S24 Ultra 5000mAh Battery Fails Fast

On April 30, I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra through the Media Markt app, from the Antalya Manavgat branch. Unfortunately, the device has been a complete disappointment. Despite having a 5000 mAh battery, the charge drains extremely quickly — I have to charge it at least twice a day. The phone also frequently displays the warning “moisture detected in charging port,” and even when everything appears normal, it takes nearly three hours to fully charge.

Previously, I sent the phone to a Samsung authorized service center under warranty due to overheating and rapid battery drain issues, but they returned it stating that no fault was found. I’ve since tested the phone with two different original Samsung chargers and a wireless charging pad, yet the same problems persist. These issues occur constantly, and the experience has become extremely frustrating. My order number is 355496620543943.

I feel that I haven’t received the value I paid for, and I am requesting that Samsung resolve these ongoing issues permanently or otherwise compensate me for this defective device.
