I’ve had my Samsung S24 FE for just 2 months, and I’m already dealing with major battery and heating issues. The phone doesn’t even last 12 hours on a full charge. Sometimes I lose 5% battery in just 5 minutes, even when I’m barely using it. On most days, I have to charge it twice within 24 hours.
I contacted the seller, and they blamed the problem on app usage, telling me not to use so many apps. Excuse me? Why did I pay this much for a smartphone if I’m not even supposed to use it? The truth is, I don’t use it heavily at all—especially considering that I’ve had battery saver mode turned on from day one.
The issue gets even worse during video calls. The phone heats up rapidly, and the battery drains even faster. I feel completely let down by Samsung. This phone has failed to meet even the most basic expectations of battery life and thermal management.
