I Face Ongoing Battery, Network, and Freezing Issues on Samsung S24 FE

On August 14, 2025, I purchased a Samsung S24 FE from Vatan. From the very first day, the device has had battery and network problems. Just two weeks after purchase, the phone completely froze, and I had to send it in for warranty service.
When it was returned, I was told there was “no problem with the device” and that only a software update had been applied. However, after this so-called repair, the problems continued. The phone now suffers from daily lagging, freezing, and difficulties during calls.
These recurring issues severely impact my ability to use the device, and no real solution has been provided despite the phone still being under warranty. Given the repeated failures and ongoing dissatisfaction, I am formally requesting a full refund.
I expect Samsung to resolve this issue promptly so that I am not left with an unreliable device.
