Salomon X Ultra 4 Gore-Tex Boots Tore After One Winter—Warranty Denied

I purchased a pair of Salomon X Ultra 4 Gore-Tex boots from Boyner’s online store, expecting durability. However, after just one winter season, the boots started tearing and showing serious wear. I took them to Boyner Ankamall for a warranty inspection, and after waiting a full month, I visited the store—only to find out that they never even informed me of the results!

To make matters worse, they denied my claim, blaming it on “user error” and returning the boots after 25 business days—past the legal return period. When I pointed this out to customer service, they claimed they had received a response earlier but never provided any explanation.

I called Boyner customer service on January 19, 2025, and they assured me I would receive an update soon. It has now been over a month, and no one has contacted me! This entire experience has been a complete disappointment. I cannot believe Salomon refuses to stand behind their own product, and Boyner’s lack of professionalism is just as bad. I will never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. I demand a proper resolution—either a refund or a replacement!

They never called back, no response, which leads to two conclusions: 1. This company really doesn't care about the customer after the sale. 2. Boyner tells me the defective product they sold me is user-caused without sending it to the company because they don't sell original products. There is no other explanation for a company not responding to such a complaint in any way. I recommend considering this when thinking about buying the brand.

The cover letter sent by the brand for the second time, Boyner keeps printing and giving it.
