Rossmann Shipped One Tepe Toothbrush and I Can’t Reach Customer Service for Refund

Hello, I ordered 2 Tepe brand interdental toothbrushes with the order number #RSO100786110 on September 18th. Only one was shipped. I would like to request the other one to be sent as well, but I cannot reach customer service in any way. Your customer line 08002617766 cannot be reached at all, I have been trying for two days and it keeps putting me on hold. There has been absolutely no response from the [email protected] e-mail address. As far as I have seen in the complaint comments, many people who shop online from Rossmann have had missing items in their cargo. Please resolve my grievance, send me the product I ordered, or create a refund.

As far as I understand, a standard response is being sent to everyone. The problem is: 1. Your phone support line is not answering. 2. There is no response to the support email address. There is no one to address our concerns. The issue is not being resolved.
