Rossmann Order Damaged In Transit And Not Delivered

I placed order number RSO101465870 on the Rossman Turkey website on November 16, 2025. When I checked the website today, I realized that the order had been delivered to another recipient. I contacted the shipping company, and they informed me that our order had been returned to Rossman. I then called Rossman customer service to inquire about the situation, and the customer service representative told me that the order had been damaged in transit and returned to them. When I asked what could be done, they said they could only issue a refund and that it would be processed within 1 to 7 business days. We have been waiting for our orders for days, and no notification was sent to us without us asking. I kindly request that this situation be resolved urgently.

Although our purchase of 1311 TL did not reach us for no reason, only 210 TL was refunded to our card as a refund after 1 week! This is not how e-commerce should work! Are you using our money for financing or what, we couldn't understand? Also, a customer representative called and said that your refund amount is 1311 TL. Clearly, you are both liars and incompetent. We demand our full refund immediately, otherwise we would like to inform you that we will apply to the Consumer Court through legal means just for the sake of it.
