I ordered two evening dresses from Kıyafet Sepeti, but only one was delivered. For the other dress, I was informed it wasn’t available. I immediately requested a refund of 4,290₺ for the missing item, yet it has now been 20 days, and I still haven’t received my money back. Each time I contact customer service, I get excuses and delays, and on multiple occasions, they have even hung up on me mid-call. This experience feels unprofessional and disrespectful, showing a complete lack of business ethics. I demand my refund is processed without further delay—this level of service is completely unacceptable.
