I Paid for My Order but the Courier Took Back the Products

On September 4, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from the Adana Real Rossmann branch and paid ₺1,212 by credit card at the door. The payment was withdrawn from my card, but the courier claimed it had not gone through and took the products back without delivering them. My order number is f88c-lvgs. When I contacted the Rossmann store, they said the payment was taken by Yemeksepeti and that they were not responsible. Despite repeatedly messaging the Yemeksepeti help center, I only received automatic responses saying “Your issue has been resolved,” without any actual solution. My bank confirmed the payment was processed and that there was no cancellation. Since September 4, my grievance has continued—I paid, but I did not receive the products, and neither side accepts responsibility. If they will not refund my money, then they should deliver my products. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with Presidency Communication Center and the prosecutor’s office. It should not be this easy to dismiss customers.
