I Paid for My Order but the Courier Took Back the Products

On September 4, I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from the Adana Real Rossmann branch and paid ₺1,212 by credit card... at the door. The payment was withdrawn from my card, but the courier claimed it had not gone through and took the products back without delivering them. My order number is f88c-lv
