Rossmann Online Shop Did Not Bring My Order And Not Give My Money Back

Hello, my order (#RSO100386244) placed on 06.11.2023 from Rossmann online has not been delivered yet. Despite calling the customer service and sending an email to [email protected], I have not received any response. There is no information about my package, and if it won't be delivered, there is complete silence regarding my requested refund! This was my first time shopping from Rossmann online, and I deeply regret it. My order hasn't arrived, no response to my inquiry, and no resolution to the problem has been provided. It was supposed to be shipped within 1-3 business days and delivered to me within 1-2 days.
