On November 6, I placed an order on Rossmann consisting of 22 items totaling 5,491.01 ₺. When the package arrived on November 11, it contained only 3 packs of toilet paper—19 items were missing. My order number is rso101446998. The shipping label on the box said “1/1,” which means it was my only package. I also emailed Rossmann a photo of the box. It is impossible for 22 items to fit into that package, so it seems the order was incomplete from the start, not shipped in multiple parts. Since November 11, I have repeatedly called Rossmann customer service and sent emails. Even though I requested that the missing items be sent urgently, I only received automatic email replies, and every time I called, they told me, “We will open a ticket and investigate.” However, no solution or clear information has been provided. More than a week has passed, and still nothing has been resolved. I expect the items I paid for to be delivered. The mistake that occurred during order preparation is not my responsibility, and I request that my issue be resolved immediately and the missing products be shipped to me.
