Rossmann Displayed Dirty Creams and Deodorants Despite My Warning

I really love the Rossmann store and its products, and I use them with pleasure. Today, I went to the İstMarina Rossmann store to shop and was shocked to see that the Isana products were in a filthy state. The packaging of Isana brand items on the shelves—creams, sunscreens, and deodorants—were truly dirty. As someone who has worked in this industry for many years, I can confidently say that this is completely unacceptable. I mentioned the situation to one of the employees, who told me that the products arrived from the warehouse in that condition, but displaying them on the shelves like that is entirely wrong. These products are supposed to be manufactured in a hygienic environment and kept sanitary until they reach the end user. It was so bad that I found a hair stuck in the cap of one deodorant—I was in shock.
