Rossmann Staff Accused Me of Lying Over a Hair Dye Price Error in the Store

I shopped at Rossmann Malatya Park Shopping Mall store on 01.02.2025. We immediately reported that two hair dyes purchased by my wife were scanned three times. The staff member on duty asked us to wait 15 minutes, saying the issue had not yet registered in the system. After returning, we were told the system still did not reflect the correction, and we ended up waiting for a full hour. I explained that I do not live in Malatya, that there is no branch in my city, and that my child has special needs. Despite this, I was told a camera review would be conducted among other customers. The total amount of my purchase was ₺1673, and the mistakenly scanned hair dye was ₺89. Does it make any sense that I would spend ₺1673 just to steal ₺89? Your staff accused me of lying in front of a crowded checkout area. While I used to enjoy shopping at Rossmann branches, neither I nor those around me will shop with you again. I will also share this incident with others.
