On October 12, I purchased the Isana Augen Roll On Hydro Booster product from a Rossmann store. The day after using it, I developed an allergic reaction on my eyelid and under my eye, including swelling, redness, and a rash. This condition around my eye area became both visually disturbing and concerning for my health. I have not used any medication yet, but this reaction has made me seriously question the reliability of the product. I request that the product be examined by Rossmann and the relevant brand, that I receive guidance and support regarding any necessary health concerns, and that the product cost be refunded. I also ask that my negative experience be taken seriously and that proper checks be carried out to prevent the same issue from happening to others.
