The For Uğur Beauty blow dryer brush I purchased from Rossmann burned during its very first use. When I returned it to the store where I bought it, I was told that "Used products cannot be returned." The issue occurred while I was blow-drying my hair, and when I asked how I could know the product was faulty without using it, they showed no concern. If a blow dryer brush cannot function for blow drying, it clearly indicates a defect. The staff at your Rossmann Avcılar Pelican AVM store were unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested that the product be sent for review, they claimed, "There is no such application." I am deeply dissatisfied with the product and the dismissive attitude displayed by your store.
