If a blow dryer brush cannot function for blow drying, it clearly indicates a defect. The staff at your Rossmann Avcılar Pelican AVM store were unhelpful and dismissive. When I requested that the product be sent for review, they claimed, "There is no such application." I am deeply dissatisfied with the product and the dismissive attitude displayed by your store.
