Rude and Disrespectful Staff Behavior at Oysho Store

I am filing a complaint regarding an incident that occurred in August at the Oysho store in Marmara Park, Istanbul. While shopping, I was treated rudely and insulted by two employees — one with colored eyes and another with dark hair and light highlights. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and I was practically forced out of the store.
This was not the first time I experienced such treatment from staff at this same location. On previous visits, I also noticed similar unfriendly and dismissive behavior. Specifically, the dark-haired employee with highlights and thin lips was particularly rude, even throwing the shopping bag at customers when it was their turn at the counter.
I have not yet contacted store management or Oysho customer service, but I strongly believe such behavior is unacceptable for a brand like Oysho. I demand that disciplinary action be taken against the employees involved and that I receive a formal apology for the disrespect and humiliation I experienced.
