Bioderma Sent Me a Defective Sunscreen and the Replacement Arrived in a Damaged Box

Hello, on 24.06.2024, I purchased 2 Bioderma Photoderm Spot 150 ml sunscreen creams from Dikmen Ömür Pharmacy. I had bought one of the creams for a friend, but they had gone out of town. When I started using my cream, I noticed a difference in its scent and texture. I took it back to the pharmacy, and they said it would be sent for inspection. They later informed me that the entire batch was defective. I requested a replacement, but I was made to wait so long for the new product, and when it finally arrived, the box was torn. I am currently unable to use the product and don't know its contents. They told me this was due to shipping issues. I also brought back the cream I had purchased for my friend, but I still haven’t received any feedback. The pharmacy staff said Bioderma has not been helpful, which is why there’s been such a delay, and they mentioned that the product I received was sent by Bioderma. However, I’ve been buying from this brand for years and have never experienced such an issue before. Now, I don’t feel safe using the product I have, and I don't even want to talk about how embarrassed I am with my friend. I’ve been suffering this inconvenience for about 3 months.
