Roborock Q7 Max Plus Battery Issue and Warranty Refusal

I purchased the Roborock Q7 Max Plus vacuum from HYS store just one month ago. By the end of the first month, it stopped charging. I sent it to the service center, only to be told that the issue was due to "customer negligence" and that the internal board had burned out. They refused to cover it under warranty and quoted a repair cost of ₺5,600.

I found the repair cost excessive and informed them I didn’t want to proceed. Shortly after, I received another call from the service center, where they mockingly offered to buy the vacuum back for ₺3,500. I paid ₺13,500 for this vacuum, and now they’re undervaluing it and refusing to honor the warranty.

This experience has been deeply frustrating, and I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing a Roborock vacuum. The lack of accountability and poor customer service are unacceptable. Roborock, address this issue and stand by your product warranty!
