Roborock Q7 Max Smart Vacuum Cleaner Malfunction

My Roborock Q7 Max smart vacuum cleaner malfunctioned under warranty, and I have been experiencing problems since June 23. First, I sent the device to the authorized service center Akdemir Teknoloji in Bursa, where only the battery was replaced. However, the device was returned in even worse condition, barely functioning and producing a burning smell when it did. The issue was not resolved, and the condition of the device worsened. When I contacted them again, I was directed to Mieko Technical Support in Istanbul, but I have not been able to reach them for over two months. I only once received a message stating that a “replacement or refund decision would be made,” but for months there has been no response to my calls or messages. My customer number is 187151413. My device is still under warranty, and I have not paid any fees during this process. I have been suffering from this situation for a long time, and I urgently request either a replacement or a refund. If my problem is not resolved quickly, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.
