Jellycat Provided Wrong Tracking Number and Lost My Package

About a month and a half ago, I ordered a product from Jellycat.com to be delivered to my address in Ankara. Approximately 34 days after placing the order, the system showed the package as delivered, even though it never reached me. I later discovered that the tracking number provided actually belonged to a different shipment.

After experiencing this issue, I tried contacting the website, but I received no response and was unable to find anyone to address my concern. My issue remains unresolved—I have neither received my product nor been offered any solution regarding the payment I made.

For this reason, I want to share this experience. Due to the way the process was handled and the lack of communication, I feel clearly misled and inconvenienced.
