Kling AI Charged My Card but No Credits Delivered

I purchased the “One Time Standard” 100-credit package through Kling AI. I completed the payment today around 4:35 PM using my debit card. Although approximately $2 was charged from my account, the credits have not been added to my account.

I cannot understand why the payment was successfully taken but the credits were not delivered. As of now, I have not received the service corresponding to the amount I paid, and there is no increase in my credit balance.

I request that the 100 credits I purchased for $2 be added to my Kling AI account in full as soon as possible.
