I intended to purchase only a monthly subscription through Kling AI, but due to the system being misleading, I was charged an amount equivalent to an annual plan. While signing up, I selected what I believed was a monthly plan and proceeded with the payment. However, after completing the transaction, I realized that the system had automatically charged me for a yearly subscription. My clear intention was to purchase a monthly plan, and I did not knowingly or explicitly agree to an annual subscription.
On November 22, my credit card was charged $174, which was approximately $174 USD (no conversion needed). During the payment process, the amount was displayed in dollars, and I mistakenly assumed it was the monthly fee without calculating the exchange rate. As a result, I only realized afterward that I had been charged a much higher amount. In other words, even though I selected a monthly plan, the system charged me for an annual subscription.
As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted Kling AI via email. Despite this, I received a response stating that the payment had been successfully processed and that no refund would be issued. Being charged an annual fee contrary to the plan I selected, and having my refund request denied, has caused me serious inconvenience.
I request that this $174 charge—made without my clear consent for an annual plan—be canceled, that the full amount be refunded to my credit card, and that my subscription be adjusted to a monthly plan only.
