Wooden Star App Did Not Pay My Earnings After Watching Ads

I used the Wooden Star app, which includes multiple games and promises users that they can earn money by watching ads. I spent a long time watching ads and accumulating a balance, but even after waiting, the payment was never transferred to my account, and I have not been able to withdraw my money. I currently have around 600 manat accumulated in the app, and although the balance is visible in the system, no payment is being made.

The app also sets targets for users, such as a 1000 limit. As you get closer to that limit, the earnings increase only by tiny amounts, and you are forced to watch significantly more ads for the same reward. The ads become so frequent and overwhelming that after a while, it becomes frustrating and discourages continued use of the app.

Since no payment has been made, I no longer play the games in the app, and I also have an additional 245 units accumulated that are just sitting in my account. Despite contacting the developer through the Play Store and other channels, I have not received any response, and no action has been taken to resolve the issue.

I request that my accumulated balance be paid to me in full and that the app operate in a transparent and trustworthy manner regarding its payment system.
