Shinyforce Delivery Delay With No Customer Support

-On March 8, 2026, I placed an order through Shinyforce with order number 42590 and paid approximately $49 in full using my debit card. Despite the delivery timeframe stated before the purchase, more than 10 days have passed and my order has still not been shipped, and no information has been provided.
Even though I sent multiple messages to the company via Instagram and WhatsApp, I have not received any response. I request that the product I paid for be shipped immediately or that the full amount I paid be refunded to me.
