I Can’t Use My Roborock H7 Vacuum Because Dustbin Latch Broke and No Spare Part Exists

Hello, I’m writing about my Roborock H7 cordless vacuum, which I can no longer use due to a broken latch on the dustbin. A small but critical plastic tooth snapped, and now the bin doesn’t lock into place, rendering the entire vacuum nonfunctional.

I sent the product to Esta, the official service provider and seller, but they informed me that no replacement part is available and there is nothing they can do. Their only advice? “You can file a complaint with Consumer Rights.” That’s unacceptable. I’ve already waited over a month since sending the product, and I still haven’t received a meaningful update or support.

This is not what I expect from a global brand like Roborock. You sell a premium vacuum cleaner and then fail to provide even basic spare parts? This shouldn’t be the customer's problem. Either provide the missing dustbin part immediately, or issue a refund. I can’t use the vacuum, I have no timeline for resolution, and I’ve been completely left in the dark by both seller and manufacturer. Roborock, I’m asking you to take responsibility and solve this issue without delay.
