I Waited 5 Months for a Roborock H7 Dustbin, Now They Demand Extra for Replacement

I purchased the Roborock H7 cordless vacuum cleaner from a seller listed as Esta Bilgi Teknolojileri Bil. Elek. Elektron. Tel. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. Unfortunately, the dustbin of the vacuum broke, and I’ve been waiting 4–5 months to receive a replacement. Despite my repeated follow-ups and stating that the issue is urgent, I was only contacted today—after initiating the call myself—just to be told the part is finally in stock, but now it costs ₺7000.

This is completely unreasonable. One of the main reasons I chose Roborock was the promise of accessible and affordable spare parts. During previous conversations, I was told the price would be around ₺1750, which is what I’m willing to pay. Suddenly raising the price by four times without notice is not only unfair, it's unacceptable.

The company claimed the price hike is due to it being an imported part, and that they can’t do anything about it. After waiting months without a solution, being hit with this kind of pricing feels like taking advantage of loyal customers.

I request Roborock and the seller to honor the original price discussed and resolve my issue without further delay. Customers should not be punished for delays that are not their fault.
