If you weren’t aware that Resumaker.ai applied a monthly fee after creating your résumé, you can still request a full refund if you act quickly.

Here’s a step-by-step guide:

• Log in to your account on resumaker.ai, go to the “Subscription” section, and cancel any active plan to prevent further charges.

• Immediately send an email to [email protected]. Use the subject line “Refund Request for Uninformed Charge.”

Include your registered email, the charge date, the last 4 digits of your card, and explain that you were not informed of the recurring charge.

• If you don’t receive a response within 3 business days, ask your bank for a chargeback, stating that there was no explicit consent for a monthly subscription.

• Keep screenshots of the charge, your user dashboard, and the emails sent as supporting evidence.
