Resumaker.ai Unauthorized Charge After One-Time Payment

I discovered that RM99 was deducted from my Bank Islam account on 28/09/2026 for a transaction to Resumaker.ai, even though I did not authorize any new payment or subscription to this website. In the past I used Resumaker.ai only once to create a CV and I made a one‑time payment for that service. I did not agree to any recurring subscription or automatic renewal and there was no clear information presented to me that an ongoing charge would be taken. Despite this, a new deduction of RM99 has been taken without my consent. I request that this unauthorized RM99 charge be cancelled and fully refunded to my Bank Islam account, and that any subscription or automatic renewal linked to my details be immediately terminated so that no further deductions occur. I also ask for a clear written explanation of how this charge was created without my explicit approval.
