I do not have any subscription or paid membership with this service, yet they withdrew money from my account. If I had not blocked my card for online transactions, they would have continued to charge me repeatedly.
I reported the issue to Google Play Store support, but no concrete action was taken. Instead, they gave me a dismissive response and tried to brush the matter aside without investigating. This is unacceptable.
I am demanding an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges and request that the authorities investigate Resumaker.ai CV Builder for these practices. Consumers should not be exploited in this way, and stronger measures must be taken to prevent such fraudulent transactions.
