Fraudulent Transaction By Resumaker.ai
On January 29, 2026, I made a one-time purchase of 1 dollar on resumaker.ai using my BPI local debit card. I clearly did not choose or authorize any subscription or additional recurring payments beyond this single 1 dollar transaction. However, on February 27, 2026, an amount of 1,216.99 pesos was deducted from my BPI debit card by resumaker.ai without my knowledge or consent. I did not receive any email notification from resumaker.ai about this charge, and I also did not receive any SMS or notification from BPI at the time of the transaction. When I logged back into the resumaker.ai website to look for support, there was no visible contact information, support email, or messaging option, only a logout button. I tried to contact BPI regarding this unauthorized transaction, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that the 1,216.99 pesos be fully refunded to my BPI debit card and that any subscription or recurring payment associated with my account on resumaker.ai be immediately cancelled. I also ask for a clear explanation of how this unauthorized charge was made without my consent or any prior notice.
