I Face Resumaker AI Subscription Scam Charging Me After Trial Period

I am writing regarding an unauthorized automatic charge made by resumaker.ai to my account. I am based in the Philippines and was charged $21 on April 7, 2026, at 08:21:07 AM following a trial period, without any clear notice or consent regarding a paid subscription or recurring billing.

I consider this charge misleading and unfair, as I was not properly informed that I would be billed this amount. After noticing the charge, I attempted to contact resumaker.ai support, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication is extremely frustrating and makes it difficult to resolve the issue directly.

I am requesting a full refund of the $21 charged to my account and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription or future automatic charges linked to my account. I also expect clear confirmation that I will not be billed again without my explicit consent.

I ask that this matter be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
