Rentalcars.com Reservation Problem Complaint
On August 11, 2025, at around 11:00 AM, I rented a Renault Clio through Rentalcars.com from the company First Rent A Car. Due to a delay with my flight, I arrived at Sofia Airport later than planned. However, even though I had already paid for the vehicle in advance, they refused to give me the car and told me they had given it to someone else. In addition, my payment was not refunded.
My reservation number is 659927412. When I contacted customer service about the issue, they told me that no refund could be issued because I arrived late. I want to emphasize that this situation was completely beyond my control and that I have suffered a significant inconvenience.
I request a full refund of the payment I made.
