Rentalcars.com's No-Show Policy and Lack of Refund
I rented a car on Rentalcars.com, but because my flight was delayed, I arrived one hour late at Sofia Airport. For this reason, they canceled my booking without informing me and did not refund my money. If I paid for that car, it belongs to me, and even if I didn’t take it, it should have been kept waiting for me. I trusted Booking.com’s website (Rentalcars.com), but they misled me.
