I Face Refund Issue With eDreams After Sixt Refused Car Pickup Over Name Mismatch

On October 16, 2025, I rented a Renault Clio through eDreams from Sixt at Diyarbakır Airport. My reservation number is TR870717717690. I paid a total of ₺26,500 by credit card. However, the vehicle was not delivered to me due to a name mismatch on the card. I also never received any invoice, email, or warning regarding the payment, nor was there any mention of conditions related to a name discrepancy.

After facing this issue, I contacted Sixt customer service, but they claimed that the responsibility did not lie with them. As for eDreams, there was no valid contact information available, so I couldn’t reach them at all. The payment has still not been refunded, and despite all my attempts, no solution has been provided.

As a consumer, I have experienced significant inconvenience. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount and a prompt resolution to this issue.
