Renault Captur Complaint: Frequent Breakdowns, and Poor Service


I purchased a Renault Captur Joy 1.3 vehicle from Eskisehir Sarar Renault in 2021. Since the day of purchase, I have only taken it to the service center and not to any other place. Every time my car left the Eskisehir service, I encountered a problem. The air conditioning blew hot air on one occasion, a warning light illuminated on another, and I received a message to have the car checked on yet another. After the April 2023 check-up, I received the "have the car checked" warning again, so I took it to Afyon Demireller service this time. During the inspection, they informed me that the lithium battery had drained and needed to be replaced. I waited for approximately 3 months for the part replacement under warranty, which had to be imported. The investigation by the Headquarters acknowledged that the issue may have arisen later, apologized on behalf of the Eskisehir service, but no action was taken. On July 5, 2023, when Afyon Demireller performed the part replacement, they noticed that the air conditioning refill and discharge caps were missing. They suggested that these caps may have been forgotten during the air conditioning check by the Eskisehir service and offered to install them for a fee. While it is understandable that Afyon service charges for their own mistake, I fail to comprehend why I should pay for the caps on a warranty-covered vehicle without any fault, error, or negligence on my part. Eskisehir Sarar Service is also at fault for this matter. I want to know the fate of my air conditioning caps. If the necessary actions are not taken against Eskisehir Sarar Renault service, I will resort to legal measures.
