Renault Captur Complaint: Frequent Breakdowns, and Poor Service

In the call dated 12.09.2023, an amount of 1,100,000 TL was offered. I repeat, I am not selling my vehicle to you; due to the fact that you sold a defective product, I want the vehicle to be replaced or its value to be compensated. Since the solution center could not resolve this issue, I am waiting to be contacted by the general directorate units.

I purchased a 2021 model Captur from Renault Erzurum Doğumak dealership in 2021, and within the first year, the car started experiencing intermittent issues. Every time I took it to the service center, they claimed there were no problems and returned it to me. In 2023, as the problems continued to occur frequently, I took the car back to the service center in March 2023. Despite replacing several parts, the issue persisted, and to make matters worse, there was damage the size of a walnut to the rear left fender when the fuel tank was removed. They suggested that the altitude might be the cause of the car's issues and sent it to Rize, but no solution was found. My request for a vehicle replacement was not granted, and I was offered only 1,030,000 TL for a car with a comprehensive insurance value of 1,202,019 TL. It's absurd that a reputed global brand like Renault would offer a price as if I were selling my car to a dealership, especially considering the level of profit they make from the vehicle. I've opened this record because I have little faith that my problem will be resolved.
