I am using Parimatch from India with the account registered under the email address Ktrohan.****@gmail.com. On 01/06/2026, I deposited 1000 INR into my Parimatch account, but this deposit was locked because of a bonus, and I am unable to use it. After noticing that my 1000 INR deposit was locked by the bonus, I tried to contact Parimatch customer support, but my messages were not allowed, so I could not get any explanation or assistance from them. I request that my 1000 INR deposit be unlocked and made fully available in my account, and that any unnecessary bonus restriction on this amount be removed. I also ask for a clear explanation of why this happened so that similar issues do not occur again.
