Stay Away From Renault Captur!!
I bought a Renault brand Captur model new vehicle on 21.03 2025. The next day I noticed that the air conditioner of the vehicle was broken. Since it was the weekend, I took it to the service today. Renault Turkey did not help even though I called on Saturday and today, the service has not repaired the air conditioner for hours. I was in a difficult situation because I was late for work. The service says they are waiting for approval from the French center and it is not clear how many days it will take to get this approval. In other words, I bought a broken vehicle and they cannot even repair it. Stay away from this brand.
I completed the return process of the vehicle. I thank the dealership and Renault for accepting the return without causing further grievances.
