I bought a new Clio Esprit Alpine package car from a Renault dealership in Adıyaman on January 17, 2024. I have been having problems with the car since the day I bought it.
The problems include:
The car jerks when shifting gears.
The gears are difficult to shift.
There is an excessive squeaking noise when I first start the car and release the brake.
There is a squeaking noise when I turn the steering wheel.
There are squeaking noises when getting in and out of the car.
I am having problems with the 'auto hold' feature and the brakes.
I have taken the car to the T***** Ö***** service center in Elazığ several times, but they have told me that there is nothing wrong with the car. They only replaced the upper table of the shock absorber and returned my car.
I am very disappointed with the car and the customer service I have received from Renault. I am requesting that my problem be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will seek legal recourse.
