I Want My Renault Megane 13 TCe Replaced Because It Keeps Breaking Down

Hello, We bought our Renault Megane 1.3 TCe vehicle in October 2024. However, we had problems with both the steering wheel and the remote control system in the first week we bought the vehicle. We also reported this to the service. They changed the battery of the remote control. We have had a screen problem at least 7-8 times since October. When the screen is broken, none of the functions of the vehicle work. There are photos and video recordings of all these. We shared these with both the service and customer service. About 15 days ago, we had a screen problem again and all functions of the vehicle were disabled. Thereupon, we created our service record via Renault Port. However, as if this was not enough (10.04.2025), our vehicle also gave the error "There is a risk of engine damage". We called the service and they asked us to bring the vehicle to the service slowly. We shared this situation with the customer service again. The high pressure pump and steering converter were changed. And today, on 25.04.2025, we started the day with another surprise failure. There is a strange sound coming from the vehicle again. I am attaching the video of that as well. The service does its best, they take care of it in the best way possible every time we go, they find and solve the problems. But the problem is with the vehicle. Another failure constantly occurs. This vehicle is defective. It is not natural for it to have so many failures in such a short time. The fact that it has a failure that requires the replacement of an engine part clearly shows that the vehicle is defective. We are really tired of these situations we have experienced. We are fed up. We are requesting the replacement of our vehicle. We had also bought our previous vehicle as a Renault (1.3 TCe Clio 5 Icon) brand new. We did not experience such problems. Trusting this, I went and chose Megane despite everyone around me, especially my wife, saying "Go buy a Toyota, buy from German brands". Moreover, I was recommending your brand to everyone. I regret it a lot. My wife drives the vehicle. We use it 90% of the time to take my little girl to the hospital and the doctor. For example, we need to go to Ankara in May for my daughter's surgery. How can I safely drive with this vehicle? Who will be held accountable if something happens to us on the road? As I mentioned above, I request that our vehicle be replaced because it constantly breaks down and we cannot use it healthily. Best regards.
Progress
I had previously posted various complaints here regarding the steering wheel and multimedia system of the Renault Megane I bought brand new in October 2024. From the very first week we got the car, there were noises coming from the steering wheel. In the first month alone, we went to the Iskenderun Reles service at least 5-6 times. We reported every malfunction to Renault Turkey with photos and videos. They even replaced a part related to the steering wheel. But it didn’t help. Finally, we encountered such an absurd situation that you wouldn’t even find it in jokes. On May 6th, the Iskenderun service called us and asked us to come to the service immediately. However, we told them we were in Ankara at the hospital and couldn’t come. Then they said we needed to go to the nearest Renault Service and have the service manager there call them. We asked for the reason, but they never told us. We were close to the Adana Isotlar service. We immediately changed our route and went there. Thankfully, they welcomed us very well. The service manager there spoke with the mechanic at Iskenderun Reles service. What the mechanic at Iskenderun Reles said was very urgent and very important was this: He wanted the car to be checked to see if we had installed xenon headlights or made any modifications from outside. The friend at Isotlar service opened the hood, waited for the car to cool down, then examined the car and informed the official at Iskenderun Reles service that everything in the car was original and no extra work had been done. However, a day later, Reles called us again and told us to come to the service after returning from Ankara so they could inspect the car. In other words, they did not trust what the official at Isotlar Renault service said. Now, these questions have arisen in my mind. First, Renault Turkey does not trust the statements of an authorized service (Isotlar) to which they themselves have given authority and asked us to take our cars. Second, Iskenderun Reles service has checked my car at least 5 times, taken it for test drives 2-3 times, and even replaced parts in the engine and steering. If there had been any outside intervention or xenon headlights, wouldn’t they have noticed? Why don’t they just tell Renault Turkey directly that there has been no such intervention? How can I trust leaving my car at the service from now on? How can I be sure they won’t tamper with my car? I didn’t even get PPF coating for my car because in the applications they remove the door handles. My previous car was a 1.3 Clio Icon, which I used for 4 years. Even after the warranty expired, I only had it serviced at the authorized service. This last incident was the final straw. Hopefully, we’ll go to the service when we return.

Hello again, Our vehicle was inspected by the service. It was determined that the noise was coming from the exhaust. Thankfully, the staff at the service took care of it and solved the problem. However, despite the part being replaced, the noise from the steering wheel continues. This issue is persistently annoying. I am also sharing the video we recorded about this problem yesterday. We have a trip on Tuesday morning. Hopefully, it will be resolved by then. Best regards.
