Flywheel (Volant) Issue on the 2021 Renault Megane Joy

I left my 2021 Renault Megane 1.0 Joy at the authorized service center for its 2nd-year maintenance. I reported that the car had vibrations and strange noises coming from the engine, requesting a thorough inspection. After conducting tests, they attributed the issue to the flywheel and informed me. As the 3rd owner of the car, I learned during the expert assessment when purchasing it that the flywheel had been replaced. When I visited the service center responsible for the replacement, they said it was due to a factory defect and was covered by warranty. I conveyed all this information to the authorized service center, and they inspected the car. Despite their experts confirming the problem was not customer-related and should be covered under warranty, Renault's technical center rejected the claim based solely on photographs, claiming customer-induced damage to the flywheel. The service center and I are in agreement that there was no customer-induced problem with the flywheel, yet Renault's refusal to investigate the underlying issue and blindly reject the warranty claim is utterly disappointing. Renault/Turkey, which has faced numerous complaints and lawsuits on similar issues, is unjustly inconveniencing its customers with blatant factory errors. I cannot comprehend this situation. Currently, my car remains unusable, awaiting repairs, and they demand a whopping 22,000 TL for a part replaced under warranty just 9,000 km ago.
