I purchased the Reeder S23 Pro Max phone in November, and since its setup, I've been encountering various application issues. When trying to access MHRS via Wi-Fi, I receive a warning that I'm attempting to connect via VPN. However, switching to mobile data resolves the issue. Similar irregularities occur in other apps; Storytel won't search, and Mubi freezes. Even in their own applications, I couldn't select a color code when creating a swap code. Despite changing the phone twice with their provided swap code, I continue facing the same issues. Additionally, my phone stays busy for unknown reasons.
After initiating an exchange request and waiting for their call, I ended up reaching out to them. They claimed to have called but couldn't reach me, yet I had conveyed the existing problems. They suggested I could opt for a new phone for ₺200 or send mine to the technical service. They also insisted there were no chronic issues with their phones. The perplexing part is, if there are no chronic issues, why am I still experiencing the same problems after two replacements?
Now, I'm left with the option of either paying ₺200 for a new device or sending my phone for a 21-day technical service, and then I can choose to create a refund request. I'm disappointed in customer satisfaction and service, and I wouldn't recommend the Reeder brand to anyone. Unfortunately, it has become a source of embarrassment due to its impact on the trust in local products.
