Reeder Refused to Accept Return of My Faulty S23 Pro Max Despite Ongoing Issues

I am filing a complaint about Reeder for not standing behind their brand or their devices. We purchased the S19 model phone a year ago for my father. Due to the phone’s inability to receive any network signal in our hometown, we visited the store located inside Samsun Vefa AVM. There, we exchanged the phone by paying an additional ₺2,000–₂,500 and received the S23 Pro Max model. However, the replacement device had several issues, including screen freezing, failure of the rear camera to focus, and a visible scratch on the photo taken with the front camera. (We showed all these problems to the store’s sales representative.) A week ago, we visited the store again with these complaints, and they told us they could only provide technical support or replace it with the same model with higher storage for the same extra payment. We tried to follow that route again, but today during a video call, I noticed the rear camera was still malfunctioning. I contacted customer service hoping to get a proper resolution, but they repeated the same responses and spoke with a dismissive attitude. They need to stand behind their devices and brand. They shouldn’t be ashamed to take back faulty products. I am urgently waiting for a response to my complaints and expect you to accept the return of this device and take responsibility for the defects caused by the brand.
