My Reeder S23 Pro Max Has Been Kept at the Store Without Repair
On January 20, 2025, I purchased an S23 Pro Max model phone from the Vega Eskişehir Reeder store. I experienced an issue where I could not hear the other party during calls. Since my device was still under warranty, I visited the store on August 6, 2025. I was informed that the same model was not available and that the phone needed to be sent to the technical service. My phone was taken from me, and I was told I would receive feedback within 21 business days. However, when I called the store on September 11, 2025, I learned that despite 26 business days having passed, my device had still not been processed and was being kept at the store. I have been waiting for 36 days with no action taken. I have contacted customer service multiple times, but no solution has been provided. As of today, they stated that they will just begin processing and that the process will start from scratch. Additionally, since the same model is not available, they are suggesting different models and demanding high fees for these. However, my device is still under warranty. I have been suffering from this issue for 36 days, and the process is constantly being delayed. I demand that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that my device be repaired under warranty and returned to me.
